Frankenstein, Mengele, and Iago walk into a barn. . . .

This week on Buried Cinema:

Firstly, we welcome Patrick to the podcast. Kevin had first pick, and chose the new theatrical release "Victor Frankenstein," starring Daniel Radcliffe and James McAvoy, and tasked the rest of us with choosing thematically appropriate films. So naturally, Steve went Shakespeare with 1995's "Othello," starring Laurence Fishburne and Kenneth Branagh. Brian went Zemeckis with 1992's "Death Becomes Her," starring Meryl Streep, Bruce Willis, and Goldie Hawn. Nate went 1980s cheese with "The Monster Squad," starring nobody. And Tom went with the 1978 classic thriller "The Boys from Brazil," starring Gregory Peck and Lawrence Olivier. At the end, we all look forward to Steve's Christmas pick of the little known "Star Wars: The Force Awakens."
